Learning Goals
1. Ethics of Management Research
Students should be able to identify ethical issues and challenges encountered within an organization and determine how they affect various stakeholders.
2. Communication Skills
Students will be able to develop skills in communicating clearly and professionally in academic writing, team collaboration, and delivering oral presentation.
3. Research Competence
Students will be able to analyze and interpret data conduct scientific research on the phenomena or problems.
4. Critical Thinking
Students should be able to analyze and solve complex managerial and organizational problems incorporating reflective thinking on the implications of the outcomes of those decisions, and employ critical thinking processes to develop research ideas.
